The Social C. is in charge of

the fundraising Cultural-Social events of Spring & Fall and

the Family value activities of May and December.

Committee guidelines to perform its activities:

The PC should have at least three active members including the President who is in charge of the Committee to:

1. -Plan its yearly activities and divide the work among its members

2. –Send in February its yearly plan of activities and budget to the Executive Committee (EC)

3. –Send In December  its annual report to the EC

4. -Attend the monthly meetings to present the monthly report or e-mailed it to the EC

5.- Organize the Spring and Fall fundraising parties as well as Parents Day and Christmas.

In other words:

The name of the party 

Reserve an adequate facility and date

Choose the menu and drinks 

Divide and assign chores to the members of the committee like:

* PR, Messages, flyers, and invitations.

* Plans the program according with the event and write and publish the Program

* Contract food and drinks supplies if not considered above

* Engage adequate entertainment for the  event

* Seeks advertisement for the program

* Collects objects, services etc. for the raffle 

* Contact the MC, photographers and hire the DJ 

* Arranges transportation of decoration and other objects to and from the Hal
